When you’re stuck with nothing but time on your hands, what else can you do but start a new band. Glory Daze is the debut track from the new punk rock outfit Boltergeist. Made up of Josh and Jason from Alberta’s Trashed Ambulance, and Joel from Ontario based Frank Dux. Keep your eyes peeled for their forthcoming EP this spring...ish on High End Denim!

I stare out my window and look at what’s become my world, while I’ve been confined to this place. My freedom isolated to a room, my mind - my prison I cannot escape.

Resignation, my deterioration on me has not dawned. No memories past this moment - my life is slowly lost. Synaptic tension, creating suspension. Who am I? Who are you? Each waking day is a struggle to stumble through.

But I look back on my glory days, when I wasn’t trapped in this cage. Walk the Northwestern shores, breathe in that ocean air. I’m still there.

Once again a visit from that girl. I struggle to put a name to the face. She tries to comfort me with words. I’m racked with confusion, I cannot relate.

But I look back on my glory days. When I wasn’t trapped in this cage. Walk the shores of the Grand and hold my daughter’s hand. I’m still there.

So I live in my glory days. To break me out of this cage. I hope that when that girl will come, she will understand. I’m still there.
