Crash is a song about the struggles of mental health, after going through a personal hard time in 2019. It's about all the suffering hidden behind a smile, and also the hope and courage to get better with the help of your friends, family or professionals. Written before the pandemic but very well matching the world's last 2 years with the virus.

Crash was the first song we wrote for the EP, around 1 year before we even got to work on the other songs, and we instantly knew it had to be the first single, since it had the big melodic chorus, combined with the 90s fast rhythms, and touching a very important topic as mental health is.
